Refund policy

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.

We understand that getting the right swimwear fit could be tricky, but unfortunately, due to the costs of handling and processing returns, we cannot issue cash/credit card refunds for returns. That said, we do want you to get your order right the first time, so if you have any questions about our products or sizing, feel free to contact us at hello@milliemayfield.com OR DM us on Instagram.

Note: We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned. Shipping is non-refundable.

OUR RETURN POLICY

In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest using the provided disposable underwear or wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its sanitary strip.

All returns require authorization. Please request return authorization here. Once approved, we will send a prepaid label to you. Your return must be shipped within 4 days (excluding Sunday) after a label has been generated. If you fail to send your return in this time frame, your return request will automatically be voided. $6.00 will be deducted from your return for return fees.

 Any jewelry items returned without packaging or damaged packaging will be voided.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date they are delivered to us although it may take some more time during busy periods.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Including purchases made with a 30% discount code or greater.

HOW DO I START MY RETURN?

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / MY ITEM IS DAMAGED

Contact us at hello@milliemayfield.com within 24 hours from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a replacement or repair. 

GIFT CARDS, BODY CARE, OR WELLNESS PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Millie Mayfield does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after.

Cancellation Policy for Private Party Events

Payment Invoice Requirements for Corporate Events & Large Gatherings

Corporate events or Parties with 15+ guests, full payment of the invoice is required at time of reserving your date and booking our services. 

Cancellation Fees/  Date Change Policy

Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Event Date: Cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved date will result in no refund.

Cancellations Made Before 14 Days of Event Date: For cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable reservation deposit.

date change fee of $350 will apply to reschedule an event date. This fee is subject to increase during busy seasons. Event date change within 14 days date prior event will be considered as a cancelation and no refund will be issued.  

By reserving a date and completed invoice, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
